Thomas K. (TK) Dean, CPA, MBA


TK relocated to the area and started with the firm in September 2016 after 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting in Virginia. He became a partner and shareholder of the firm in 2018.  TK graduated from Randolph Macon College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Accounting and was a three time All-Conference selection as a member of the football team. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2002. TK completed the requirements to become a Certified Public Accountant in 2007.

TK started his career with a Big 4 accounting firm and spent almost ten years with one of Virginia’s largest regional CPA firms. TK’s experience has been focused on financial statement reporting and assurance, corporate and small business consulting, financial analysis and employee benefit plan audits with particular focus on manufacturing, agriculture, franchising, contractors, and retail and distribution industries. TK also supports the rest of the team in the areas of business and individual income taxes.

TK lives in Hollidaysburg with his wife and two young children.
